    Sodium lignosulfonate has been widely used as a renewable resource.


    ① The dosage is generally 25%~110% of the original dye. Dosage should not only consider the cost, but also according to the degree of sulfonation of lignosulfonate to decide.


    ② The grinding time of the optimum dispersion state varies with different dye structures.


    ③ Grinding pH value can express the strength of charge adsorption of dye particles, which can intuitively understand the grinding efficiency and dispersion degree of disperse dyes. The results show that when using sodium sulfate lignosulfonate as dispersant to grind dyes, the pH value of basic disperse dyes is 8~85, and the pH value of acid disperse dyes is 5.5~6.


    ④ None of the synthetic dispersants can be adapted to the processing of various disperse dyes, but sodium sulfate lignosulfonate can produce different degrees of sulfonation products by controlling the amount of sulfonating agents, the temperature and time of sulfonation reaction, for the processing of various disperse dyes.


    ⑤ Through the phenolic polycondensation reaction, the degree of polymerization of sodium sulfate lignosulfonate was improved, so that the thermal stability and viscosity of the sodium sulfate lignosulfonate were improved, the phenolic hydroxyl group was closed, and the quinone type was prevented.
